Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 6, 2026 · Effective immediately

Plain English summary: We collect very little. We do not sell your data. We use a third-party payment processor that handles payment information — we never see your card details. We do not currently use any site analytics; if we activate analytics in the future, this Policy will be updated and limited to aggregate page-traffic data. The legal-document generator runs entirely in your browser; we do not see, store, or have access to anything you type into it.

This Privacy Policy describes how AAA Designs, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or make a purchase at templateez.com (the "Site").

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Purchase information. When you buy a product, our third-party payment processor collects your name, email address, billing address, and payment details. We receive only your name, email address, and order details from the processor for order fulfillment. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
  • Custom-form specifications. If you order a custom form, you provide us with the specifications for that form by email after purchase. We retain those specifications and the resulting form file for as long as we operate the business.
  • Support correspondence. If you email us, we receive and retain your message and the email address you sent it from.

Information collected automatically:

  • Site analytics (not active today). We do not currently use a site-analytics provider. Once we activate analytics in the future (such as Google Analytics 4), the analytics provider would collect aggregate data such as your IP address, approximate location (city/region), browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed. We will not link analytics to your purchase information, and we will update this Privacy Policy and the “Last updated” date above when analytics are activated.
  • Cookies and local storage. The Site uses a service worker to cache static files in your browser for fast page loads. We do not currently set any cookies or write to local storage. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies.
  • Hosting access logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs that may include your IP address, user-agent string, and the URL of pages requested. We use these only for security and operational troubleshooting.

Information about the document generator:

  • The legal-document generator runs entirely in your browser. The information you type into the wizard fields is used to assemble the resulting document on your device. We do not transmit, store, log, or have access to anything you type into the generator.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process your order, deliver your purchased products, and provide customer support.
  • To respond to your inquiries.
  • To produce and deliver custom forms based on the specifications you submit.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or technical issues with the Site.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the third parties strictly necessary to operate the Site:

  • Payment processor. Receives the payment and billing information necessary to complete your transaction. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
  • Hosting provider. Stores and serves the Site files and may have access to server logs containing IP addresses and request data.
  • Email provider. Sends order confirmations and support correspondence.
  • Government or legal authorities. If we are required by subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process to disclose information, we will do so to the extent required.

4. Data Retention

We retain your purchase records for as long as we operate the business or as required by tax and accounting laws (typically seven years from the date of purchase). Custom-form specifications and resulting files are retained for as long as we operate the business. Support correspondence is retained at our discretion.

You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain transactional records.

5. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

6. Third-Party Services

The Site relies on the following third parties to operate. Each has its own privacy policy governing its handling of your data, and each may receive your IP address and user-agent string when your browser loads its resource:

  • A third-party payment processor for checkout and digital delivery. The processor’s checkout script is not loaded on page load — it is loaded only after you interact with the Site (a click, scroll, or key press), so visitors who never engage with the page do not expose any data to the processor.
  • A hosting and content-delivery provider for serving the Site.
  • An email service for transactional email.
  • A web font provider that serves the typeface used across the Site.
  • A JavaScript content-delivery network that serves third-party libraries used by the document generator (e.g., the libraries that produce your downloaded PDF and Word files).

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you.
  • Request access to your personal information.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.
  • Receive a portable copy of your information in a commonly used electronic format.
  • Opt out of any sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information).

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@templateez.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and consistent with applicable law.

8. New Jersey Residents

If you are a resident of New Jersey, the New Jersey Data Privacy Act ("NJDPA") may give you the rights described in Section 7. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your personal information for targeted advertising or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

To exercise your rights under the NJDPA, send a request to support@templateez.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.

9. California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA") may give you rights similar to those in Section 7. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under California law. To exercise any of your California rights, email us at support@templateez.com.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete
