Downloading & Access

How do I download my forms after purchase?
Your PDF downloads automatically right after payment completes — check your browser's Downloads folder. You'll also receive a receipt email from support@templateez.com with a backup link. If you bought a Complete Set or Bundle, you'll get a ZIP file containing all PDFs.
Can I re-download my forms later?
Yes. Visit My Forms to see your purchase history and re-download any time. Your receipt email also contains a permanent download link.
I bought on my phone. Can I download on my computer?
Yes. Use the download link in your receipt email on any device — phone, tablet, or desktop. The link works on any browser.
My download didn't start. What do I do?
Check your browser's pop-up blocker — it may have blocked the automatic download. Try clicking the link in your receipt email instead. If that doesn't work, email support@templateez.com with your order number and we'll send the file directly.

Format & Compatibility

What format are the forms?
All forms are fillable PDFs (.pdf). You can type directly into the fields, check the checkboxes, save your progress, print, and email them. No special software required.
What software do I need?
Any PDF reader works:
  • Windows: Adobe Acrobat Reader (free), Microsoft Edge, Chrome
  • Mac: Preview (built-in), Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Phone/Tablet: Any PDF app — Adobe Acrobat, Google Drive, Apple Files
For the best experience filling fields, we recommend Adobe Acrobat Reader (free).
Can I edit the form layout or add my own fields?
The forms are designed as fill-in templates — you can type into all the fields but can't move or resize them. If you need a custom layout, check out our Custom Form Service ($29.99, delivered in 2-3 business days).
Can I save a partially-filled form and come back later?
Yes. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader, fill in what you have, then File → Save As to save your progress. Re-open the same file later to continue.

What's included in a "Complete Set"?
Every complete set includes two PDFs: (1) a Client Intake Form — an internal document for your file, and (2) a Client Questionnaire — a client-facing form with signature blocks. Together they cover the full onboarding workflow.
How do bundles work?
A bundle includes every form set in a category. For example, the Legal Bundle includes all 38 legal intake forms and questionnaires (76 PDFs total) for one flat price — saving 47% versus buying individually. You get a single ZIP file with everything inside.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every purchase is a one-time payment. You own the PDF forever — no recurring fees, no account required, no software to maintain.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — 30-day refund policy, no questions asked. Email support@templateez.com with your order number. Full details on our refund policy page.

Custom & Branding

Can I add my logo and firm name to the forms?
Yes — select the "Add Custom Branding" option at checkout. We'll add your firm logo, name, address, phone, and website to the top of every page. Delivered within 2 business days. You can also order branding for bundles.
What if I need a form you don't have?
We'll build it. Our Custom Form Service creates a professional fillable PDF to your exact specifications — starting at $14.99, delivered in 2-3 business days.

Are these legally binding documents?
