Refund Policy

The short version
14-day no-questions refunds. If you're not happy with what you bought, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms to fill out, no justification required. Refunds processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.
14-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund of any single-product or bundle purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date. We honor refund requests in full, without requiring justification or completion of any return form. The 14-day window runs from the date and time of your original transaction as recorded by LemonSqueezy, our payment processor.
How to request a refund
Email support@templateez.com with:
- Your order number (from your receipt email)
- The product or bundle you want refunded
- Optionally: a one-line note about why (helps us improve, but is not required)
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
What's not refundable
- Custom-form orders that have been delivered. Custom work is non-refundable once you've received the completed form. Custom orders where work has not yet started are fully refundable.
- Subscription renewals more than 14 days after the renewal charge. You can cancel future renewals at any time.
- Branded variants where we have already produced the customized files — though we'll work with you to make it right if the file isn't what you expected.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Almost every issue can be resolved within a day by email. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may delay future refunds and may result in account suspension.
Honest expectations
Our products are digital — fillable PDF forms designed for professional use. They are not legal advice, accounting advice, medical advice, or any other form of professional consultation. We strongly recommend reviewing each form for fit with your practice, jurisdiction, and use case before relying on it. A refund is always available; we'd rather refund you than leave you with a product that doesn't fit.
